Walnut Creek community and the community's youth since 1992

SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY AND THE COMMUNITY'S YOUTH
Since 1992, the Walnut Creek Civic Pride Foundation (formerly the Walnut Creek Fountain for Youth Foundation) has enriched the lives of countless community members by raising funds and providing support for organizations that benefit the community and the community’s youth.
Through the annual Walnut Creek Community Service Day, the Civic Pride Community Grant Program and fundraising for the All Abilities Playground at Heather Farm Park (2014) and the Splash Playground at Larkey Pool (2016-17), the Foundation builds a stronger community for families and youth.
