SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY AND THE COMMUNITY'S YOUTH
Since its founding in 1992, The Walnut Creek Civic Pride Foundation (formerly the Walnut Creek Fountain for Youth Foundation) has enriched the lives of countless community members by raising funds and providing support for organizations that benefit the community and the community’s youth.
Through Walnut Creek Community Service Day, the Civic Pride Community Grant Program and fundraising for the All Abilities Playground at Heather Farm Park (2014) and the Splash Playground at Larkey Pool (2016-17), the Foundation builds a stronger community for families and youth. Learn more.

ANOTHER GREAT SUMMER AT LARKEY
The new Splash Playground at Larkey Pool, which opened in June 2017, entertained more than 20,000 people last summer. Thanks to all of the donors who helped the Foundation raise more than $90,000 for the new facility. Learn more about how Civic Pride helped Make a Splash for Larkey.
VOLUNTEERS CLEAN THE PLAYGROUND FOR 2019 COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY
About 25 volunteers came out to help us clean the always-popular All Abilities Playground on Community Service Day. Thanks to all!
The Civic Pride Foundation raised more than $370,000 in private funds for the playground, which helped to fund benches, shade structures, and the resilient playground surface. Thank you donors! Check our Donor Wall.
