Splash Playground Fundraising Tops $90,000

With an initial fundraising goal of $20,000, the Walnut Creek Civic Pride Foundation exceeded this goal, raising $90,000 for the Splash Playground at the recently renovated Larkey Pool. Many thanks to our donors.

The Walnut Creek Civic Pride Foundation reached and exceeded its initial goal, raising more than $370,000 for the new playground. Check our Donor Wall.

The private contributions helped to fund benches and shade structures, the bricks to complete the main entrance to the playground, and special play features and also helped to ensure that critical play zones have the shock-absorbent, resilient surface that provides for optimal safety and full accessibility for all children.
